Reasonable Efforts Mortgage King will make good faith efforts to close your loan on time, but cannot guarantee timelines due to third-party delays.
Deposit and Refund Policy: If you withdraw your application or do not cooperate, you may be responsible for third-party costs incurred on your behalf.
Governing Law and Arbitration: These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan. TCPA claims will be resolved via binding arbitration. Other disputes will be handled in courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining sections will remain in effect.
